It all started on a rainy afternoon.

My kids and I were stuck inside looking for something to do — something that wasn’t a screen, something we could make with our own hands. We grabbed some paper, folded a few airplanes, and launched them down the hallway. The laughter, the tweaking, the “watch this one!” moments — it was pure joy. And somewhere in the middle of that mess of paper and giggles, Build Fun Crafts was born.

Build Fun Crafts is a family-friendly DIY and STEM resource for kids, teens, homeschool families, and anyone who loves to make things. We believe that the best learning happens when your hands are busy and your curiosity is running wild. Whether it’s folding a world-record paper airplane, building a wooden paddle boat, or designing a 3D printed ornament — every project on this site is designed to spark a love of building, science, and creativity.

Our tutorials are step-by-step, beginner-friendly, and built around real STEM concepts — aerodynamics, physics, engineering, design. We make the science feel like play, because honestly, that’s exactly what it is.

Our Mission
